We’re Alena and Lisa, your hosts for La Dolce Vita - a retreat crafted from our shared love of mindful living, adventure, pleasure and the beauty of slow, intentional days.
With years of experience guiding women to reconnect with themselves, we’re here to help you embrace life’s simple pleasures and reconnect with your body, mind and soul.
Alena, a hypnotherapist and somatic practitioner, has been guiding women in releasing what holds them back, so they can step into a life of true freedom and joy.
Lisa, a pilates and nutrition expert living in Mallorca, is sharing her passion for strength, mindful movement, and nourishment with women around the world.
Together, we’ll dive into the art of living slow & well: enjoying delicious Italian meals, soaking up the beauty of Puglia, reconnecting with our bodies and creating unforgettable memories with like-minded women.
Join us for a week of adventure, unwinding, creating, laughing and rediscovering what it means to live beautifully and slowly!
THE OASIS
WELCOME TO VILLA VALLONE
Tucked away among orange and pine trees, this elegant six-bedroom villa in Galatina offers a quiet sense of luxury and timeless southern apulian charm. Surrounded by lush green lawns, a tranquil fountain and the scent of citrus in the air, Villa Vallone invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and feel held by the land.
Whether you’re taking a dip in the private pool, reading under the pines, or gathering with others in the sun-drenched garden – this place is made for rest, connection and gentle living.
Inside, the villa combines rustic character with modern comfort. A spacious living room with soft sofas and a fireplace opens onto a bright winter garden, while a fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed to nourish and be nourished. A second, more intimate living space features a piano, a second fireplace and views of the quiet and charming outdoors – perfect for slower mornings or shared silence.
Let this be your home for the week – grounding, beautiful and full of la dolce vita.

We will be accommodated in Villa Vallone - an elegant and charming retreat infused with Italian charm and comfort. There are 6 ensuite bedrooms in total. You have the option of booking a single or double room.
